I LOVE TO JUICE. A glass of fresh juice in the morning makes me feel energized, full, and awake. Not to mention the countless health benefits of juicing. There is absolutely no comparison from the quality of fresh juice vs. store bought juice in flavor or nutrients. It is so important to keep your juicing routine simple and achievable each day. Sure, if you have a Saturday morning to try a fancy new 7 ingredient concoction by all means, go for it! However, I have found with myself and my fellow juicers, that keeping your juicing ingredients to a minimum, increases your chances of juicing daily and being a long-term juicer. So with that being said, I have included my 4 favorite “3 ingredient or less” juicing recipes below. Enjoy!

3 Ingredient Anti-Aging Juice

 

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Thumb Ginger (with skin)
 
 

3 Ingredient Juice for Glowing Skin

 

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Cucumber
 
 

3 Ingredient Super Veggie Juice

 

  • 2 Large Purple Cabbage Leaves
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Apple
 
 

Super Orange Juice

 

  • 2 Whole Oranges
  • 2 Stalks Celery
